about

thiha aung setgraduating may 2027 · open to full-time from june 2027

i'm a design & artificial intelligence undergrad at sutd on a merit scholarship, graduating may 2027. i like building things that ship. right now i'm building midwhereah, a singapore meetup planner that finds a meeting place that's fair to everyone in the group, using real travel times on transit, driving and walking.

before that, i was a software engineering intern at fameline apsg. i was the main developer of luva, a filter-based louver-specification tool with live 3d visualization, built as client work with a five-person sutd team. with a fellow developer, i also rebuilt their corporate website from wordpress to a custom react stack. i work across the full stack, from react and typescript to python and serverless, with applied ml on top.
